This winter there was a lot of snow all over europe and we might see some more snowflakes soon. Berlin has been blessed snowwise, everybody went sleding and snowballs eventually appeared in the city. This small projectiles seemed harmless first but it was forgetting than everything happening in Germany has to become serious at one point.
Soon i heard about this fights in the parks between neighborhoods, it sounded funny and i wanted to see more. I went one sunday to a park in the peaceful area of Kreuzberg after a friend of mine has been told that something was on, i arrived hands in my pockets and this is pretty much what i saw there. ( the end is from a more recent fight, i go every week now to defend neighborhoods i don't even know ). The most funny part is this fights last for hours before a winner is declared and a lot of people go home before the end, i almost dislocated my arm several time on these sundays and i came back home few times with small injuries due to rocks in the snowballs ( or frozen dogshit sometimes too ):
